BadgePass Visitor Manager

Paper log books are non-secure and inefficient. Replace log books with electronic visitor registration and instantly access critical data and generate custom reports.

Visitors pose the greatest security threat to organizations. In many cases, visitors are allowed to freely walk the halls unchallenged. Without strong identification policies for visitors, employees are often hesitant to question an unidentified person, creating serious security risks to the organization.

BadgePass Visitor Manager simplifies the process of managing visitors by creating a secure visitor workflow, while actually reducing the time it takes to register a visitor. The BadgePass Secure Identity Platform provides realtime messaging and cross platform communication thereby eliminating the need to manage and maintain a separate visitor database. With BadgePass
Visitor Manager, visitors are identified, logged and badges are created with a simple three step process.

Onsite Evacuation List - The onsite list provides a snapshot of who is in your facility right now! This list can be printed and even emailed to someone’s phone, as a muster report for emergency evacuation.

Employee Tracking – Employees can be tracked in and out by scanning a barcode on their employee ID. This provides your organization with valuable data for emergency evacuation.

Image Capture - Visitor images can be captured in several ways. A live capture camera can be installed or scan the drivers license to capture the photograph.
